Our Story

Neil Chhabria runs Chhabria Real Estate Company as Broker and CEO. With more than $375 million in career sales on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and in the Beach Cities, he came into the business as his father's partner rather than his employee, and in 2016, when the family's longtime brokerage closed, he founded the independent firm that carries the name today. Buyers and sellers here work with him directly, on pricing, on strategy and at the table.

The foundation is his father's. Raju Chhabria arrived from Bangalore in 1984, fell for the peninsula, and set out to build a life here. From 1995 to 2014 he was the number one agent at Shorewood Realtors every year, and in 2012 the REAL Trends and Wall Street Journal ranking placed him tenth in the United States by individual sales volume. Between them, the family has represented more than 130 transactions along The Strand and The Esplanade.

Neil and his brother Anand carry that work forward with the same discipline: value measured by land and price per square foot rather than by address, and advice grounded in four decades of the same neighborhoods and micro-markets. Whatever your market or your moment, your biggest decisions are made with real expertise behind them.
