See how the weeks add up
This page counts one week of new listings, new escrows and closed sales. Neil’s monthly market update sets those weeks against the longer run: months of inventory, days on market and the share of asking price sellers received, city by city, from our own CRMLS pull.

Source. CRMLS Matrix, pulled November 4, 2026. Single family houses and detached townhomes only. New to market counts listings by listing contract date; new escrows by purchase contract date; closed sales by closing date. Back on market counts homes that were under contract or pending on Monday, October 26, and for sale again on Wednesday, November 4. Days on market is the average number of days each of the week’s new escrows was active on the MLS before its contract. Late entries change these counts for a week or two after the fact.
These figures count only what agents enter into the MLS. Homes sold without ever being listed, and listings held for private or office marketing, are not in them.
Stats presented here represent the city or area as a whole, not any one individual property.
