In 1984, he moved to Los Angeles, Calif. and pursued his real estate license. He assimilated into the American culture and quickly became a successful real estate agent.
In 1989, his drive and passion for real estate led him to open his first Century 21 office in Manhattan Beach. In 2001, he moved from Century 21 to Shorewood Realtors and opened an office in Palos Verdes Estates. In 2013, he invested in commercial property and constructed his office building in Hermosa Beach.
In the community, Chhabria has served on the Board of Trustees for Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital Foundation in Torrance.
